According to § 3 paragraph 1 BDSG (German federal data protection act) personal data are details about personal or factual circumstances of a certain or determinable natural person, for example name, address, telephone number including all data, which you disclose during the registration for the participation in the services offered by FindingDIY. Contents of the newsletter
We only send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications, including promotional information (hereinafter: "newsletters") with the consent of the recipients or a legal permission. If the contents of a newsletter are specifically described within the scope of a registration, they are decisive for the consent of the users.
